The most popular flocculant in Europe, Jolly Gel Swimming Pool Flocculant has an unique formula that captures fine particles of dirt and algae spores and keeps them separate from the filter media by means of a mild, gel-like substance that is washed away in the backwash cycle. Placed in the pump or strainer basket, Jolly Gel continues to work up to three weeks slowly dissolving and placing a porous membrane screen over the filter media. Easy to use, Jolly Gel leaves no residual particles afterwards and reduces chlorine consumption. Suitable for sand filter pools. To ensure safe use of your pool, maintain a free chlorine level of between 1.5 – 3 ppm for pools or 3 – 5 ppm for hot tubs and a pH level of between 7.2 and 7.6. The ideal pH level is 7.4.
